By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

LegacyLeagues Enterprises operates as a league ownership, branding, media, and event management company. Through the Platform, we may:

• Provide information about LegacyLeagues programs and affiliated leagues

• Offer league registration and membership services

• Facilitate sponsorship and partnership inquiries

• Sell merchandise, tickets, memberships, or digital content

• Promote athlete ambassadors and anchor professionals

• Host contests, promotions, or community initiatives

The Platform is informational and transactional in nature. Participation in any league, event, or program may require separate agreements, waivers, or participation contracts.

2. Eligibility

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or

• If under 18, you are using the Platform with parental or legal guardian consent

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, sponsor, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Accounts & Registration

Certain features may require account creation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Paid Services, Registrations & Purchases

The Platform may offer paid services, including but not limited to:

• League registration fees

• Membership subscriptions

• Event tickets

• Sponsorship packages

• Merchandise

• Digital content access
   

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Recurring Payments

If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize automatic recurring charges until canceled. You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at checkout.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• League registration fees may be non-refundable after a specified deadline

• Event tickets may be non-refundable except in the event of cancellation

• Merchandise returns are subject to posted return policies

Specific refund terms will be presented during checkout where applicable.

6. Sponsorships & Partnerships

Submitting a sponsorship inquiry or entering into discussions does not create a binding agreement unless and until a written agreement is executed.

LegacyLeagues reserves sole discretion to accept or decline sponsorships.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Interfere with Platform functionality

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Upload malicious software

• Harass, threaten, or defame others

• Post sexually explicit or unlawful content
   

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. User Submissions

If you submit content (including comments, testimonials, photos, videos, or social media tags):

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant LegacyLeagues a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with our business
   

You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

9. Media & Event Footage

By attending LegacyLeagues events, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be captured.
Unless prohibited by law, attendance constitutes consent for LegacyLeagues to use event footage for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

10. Contests & Promotions

From time to time, LegacyLeagues may conduct contests or promotions.

Additional rules may apply and will be posted separately. Where conflicts exist, specific promotion rules govern.

Unless otherwise stated:

• No purchase is required to enter

• Promotions are void where prohibited

• LegacyLeagues reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions
   

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for:

• Their policies

• Their content

• Their transactions
   

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

12. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including:

• Logos

• League names

• Trademarks

• Designs

• Media content

• Written materials
   

are owned by LegacyLeagues Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Mobile Applications

If you access LegacyLeagues through a mobile application downloaded via a third-party app store:

• The app store is not responsible for the Platform

• Your use must comply with applicable app store terms

• We are solely responsible for maintenance and support
   

14. No Guarantees Regarding Athletic Participation

Participation in athletic competition involves inherent risks.

LegacyLeagues does not guarantee:

• Player safety outcomes

• Event completion

• Weather conditions

• Competitive results

• Professional advancement
   

Participants may be required to sign separate liability waivers.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegacyLeagues disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement
   

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegacyLeagues shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Lost profits

• Loss of data

• Business interruption
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• One hundred dollars ($100), or

• The amount you paid to LegacyLeagues in the 12 months preceding the claim
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegacyLeagues, its officers, directors, affiliates, athletes, sponsors, and employees from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your participation in events
   

18. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Arbitration Rules
Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Alabama under recognized consumer arbitration rules.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms.

Certain provisions survive termination, including:
